Having worked in hospitality and events for over 20 years,  Joe founded The Big Letter Co in 2015, with a vision to create memorable events. Joe loves all things events and has a strong passion for styling unique events and ensuring our products stay on trend. Joe oversees all the creative designs of each event styled by The Big Letter Co, ensuring that we are always striving to exceed our customers’ expectations. Joe is always up for a challenge and if it’s different or ‘out of the box’ you are looking for, then Joe is your man!


Co-Director & Accounts

Lauren is an accomplished Finance manager who oversees all financial aspects of the business with professionalism, precision, and dedication.

With a degree in commerce and a financial background, Lauren has accumulated a wealth of experience in multiple industries, including banking and property.

Aside from her professional achievements, Lauren is a proud mother of two with an energetic personality.  She enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle and pursuing her passion for fitness. 

Event Sales & Stylists

Rebecca joined The Big Letter Co in 2019 and has been involved in several major events. She is the first point of contact and is always happy to work with you to bring your vision to life. She knows all about our products and understands which products work well together to suit your theme. Rebecca has a creative passion for designing and creating personalised concepts from an initial idea to a completed concept. She has a great eye for detail and is always willing to inspire you to create that unforgettable event!


Event Stylist & Marketing

Belinda has a corporate marketing and events background that spans over 20 years. Having project managed several events throughout her career, Belinda understands how styling an event should engage with an audience to reflect a company’s brand and core values. She is adept at working closely with venues, stakeholders, and external suppliers to deliver all event requirements on time and within budget.

Marketing & Events

With more than a decade of experience in the field of marketing and events, both in national and international markets, Mary brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team at The Big Letter Co.

As our resident storyteller, Mary passionately represents and grows The Big Letter Co. brand. She has a knack for coordinating events that leave a lasting impression, and she excels at giving our customers an inside look into who we are as a company. Mary takes our customers behind the scenes, showcasing our products and services, and building an emotional connection to our brand.

Warehouse & Maintenance

Robert is our warehouse and maintenance person keeping our warehouse organised and in order. He oversees all jobs for the week ensuring that all products are ready for delivery and are in pristine condition before each event. He is also on hand to assist with set ups.


Events & Pyrotechnics

Abdul is one of our dedicated employees who brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our team.  Whilst currently studying a law/commerce degree, Abdul is one of our trained operators for our pyrotechnics services, including fireworks, and dry ice.  

Abdul’s commitment to ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality service is impressive.  He takes great pleasure in seeing the joy and happiness that his work brings to people’s events. His calm and cool demeanour is an asset when handling clients’ requests, ensuring that he provides excellent service under any circumstances. 

Apart from his professional expertise, Abdul is a well-rounded individual who in his spare time enjoys outdoor activities like skiing and four-wheel driving.
